We are seeking input from sufferers to help other sufferers. In 1999, when The Mayo Clinic study showed a causal link between mold and Sinusitis a sea change in the treatment of this chronic disease began. At the time there were very limited options. Things have begun to change and now there are a few companys that are working on solutions that remove the antigen from your body and your environment. There are so many unanswered questions and that is why we need your help. We need you to let us know what is working for you and what is not. Together we are going to find answers to help our friends and neighbors feel good again.

For anyone dealing with gut issues like H. pylori, mold sensitivity, or digestive challenges, the holiday season can quickly become a whirlwind of stress, pain, and food anxiety. Long travel days, sugar-laden treats, and endless to-dos can trigger flares and leave digestion in chaos.

Survival mode had become my new normal. What began as unexplained fatigue and brain fog spiraled into full-blown chronic illness: Lyme disease, parasites, mold toxicity, and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). I was existing, not living. Every day felt like wading through mud with no energy, no clarity, and no end in sight.

From Battling Lyme Disease and Mold Toxicity to Conscious Living and Thriving by Alexandra Brook-Clark, Founder of Armur Health For years, I lived in survival mode without even realizing it. My body was fighting a battle I couldn’t see— one that was slowly breaking me down from the inside

Our elimination pathways are our built-in filtration system — they help keep the good stuff in and move the bad stuff out. When everything’s flowing, your body can detox naturally, but what happens when you’re constipated or your bowels are sluggish? That “drain” gets clogged and toxins start to back up in the funnel. If you’re dealing with mold exposure, one of the most toxic, immune-disrupting threats in our environment, that backup becomes a serious problem.

Why You Must P**p to Detox Mold Safely by Liz Roman, Board Certified Functional Practitioner, MRWS, FNTP, PN2 Our elimination pathways are our built-in filtration system — they help keep the good stuff in and move the bad stuff out. Think of them like your body’s own drainage

After trying "all of the things", I knew there was something deeper at play. Not only was I in the worst pain and Fibromyalgia flare I had ever experienced, but I started to exhibit new symptoms, such as not being able to speak in a full sentence, chronic fatigue, and weakness to the point of needing my husband to carry me up and down the stairs. Fear started to creep in that maybe I would have to learn to live with this for the rest of my life, but faith had me believing I could figure out why I had developed Fibromyalgia and these other symptoms in the first place, so that I could finally do something to solve the underlying cause.

Not Settling for a Diagnosis of Exclusion to Find Answers and Healing by Cassie Sperling, IHP3, HPH “You’re going to have to learn to live with Fibromyalgia for the rest of your life,” were the discouraging words I heard my doctor say while we were losing our medical

Multiple food sensitivities are a common symptom in cases of mycotoxin illness and mold sensitivity, leaving clients and patients unsure of what to eat. Food sensitivities can lead to frustration, restrictive eating habits, and social isolation – gathering around the table is an ancestral means of connection that we are wired for.

We now know COVID can reactivate dormant viruses like Epstein-Barr (EBV) and worsen pre-existing issues such as diabetes, insulin resistance, and kidney dysfunction. However, that doesn’t explain why some otherwise healthy people still struggle long after the initial infection has passed. So, what explains Long-COVID, and why is uncovering its two hidden drivers the key to healing?

What Your Doctor Might Be Missing by Dr. Martin Hart, DC COVID-19 has rocked the world in many ways, some more interesting than others. But one of the more troubling outcomes is how many people were left with lingering and debilitating symptoms, quickly labeled Long-COVID. Most puzzling about

Mold illness is a condition where the body can’t properly detoxify biotoxins, like those produced by mold. These toxins can trigger systemic inflammation, particularly in individuals with a genetic predisposition. Symptoms can include, but are not limited to, fatigue and cognitive issues (“brain fog”), hormonal imbalances, muscle pain and joint aches, skin rashes, respiratory issues, anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. But here’s the twist: some people are exposed to mold, do a simple protocol, remove their ongoing exposure, and recover quickly. While others do the same thing and spiral further and further into chronic illness. Why?

RCCX Theory, introduced by Dr. Sharon Meglathery, proposes that a cluster of genes in the histoimmunity complex on chromosome 6 – including CYP21A2, TNXB, and C4 – can predispose people to a host of seemingly unrelated issues: hypermobility (like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome), autoimmune disease, psychiatric conditions, and yes, mold sensitivity.
