Hello! I am a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach & Educator whose mission is to Educate, Motivate & Support busy women in order to help them define their long-term weight-loss or health goals and together, create strategies, habits, actions and plans to obtain those goals - amidst the chaos of everyday life!
I support this mission by sharing various online trainings, videos, articles & courses as well as through one-on-one or group coaching. I am passionate about empowering women to take control over their health and wellbeing as I, myself, experienced tremendous transformation over the last 12 years. I want to share what I’ve learned with others to help make their journey a little easier.
I spent about 30 years of my life living in various states of depression, about 50 - 80 pounds overweight and believing that I was unworthy of love or happiness. Long story short - over the last 12 years I lost the weight, went through a divorce, became unhealthy skinny and had massive panic attacks and anxiety resulting in a breakdown. That was the turning point. I picked myself up (thanks mom), went to therapy (everyone should have a therapist) and started my journey back to wellbeing. I immersed myself in every health and wellness podcast you could imagine, read as many articles and books as I could get my hands on and slowly put myself back together. Today, I LOVE who I am and how I look (even on the “fat” days), have an amazing new husband, 3 awesome (and exasperating kids) and a whole new career in the health and wellness field. I couldn’t be happier. And I did all this as a single mom of 3 (and an amazing support network of family and friends) with an extremely busy and demanding career.
If I can get healthy, maintain a healthy weight over the long-term and be truly happy deep down in my soul - well my friends so can you! And I’d love to share in your journey and hopefully help with information or support along the way.
