Can you sue your doctor for an informed consent violation? 🤔 Technically, yes! ✅ But in reality, it's often a "no." 😥

Why? Because lawyers typically won't take cases just for an informed consent violation if there isn't significant harm to the mother or baby. 💔 It comes down to the financial viability and the immense time and energy required for a court case. ⚖️💸
