✨ Sound healing changed my world in the gentlest way. One breath, one note, and I felt the tension melt into stillness. Here’s what to expect—and what a session did for me. - (Id love to hear your experiences in the comments below)🎶💆‍♀️

1) Physical release: shoulders, chest, back let go with the first tones. 🫶
2) Deep rest (not sleep-well sometimes snooring happened 🤭): a quiet mind, rested body. 🧘‍♀️💤
3) Mental clarity: calmer thoughts, kinder inner voice. 🧠✨
4) Space to process emotions: laughter, tears, noticing without judgment. 💛🎵

What it feels like:
Slow, guided tones that make you feel entirely immersed in the sounds 🧘‍♂️
Body whispers: body temperature shift, tingling, vibrations, floating in an out of memories and dreams with a curiosity and non attachment, lightness, tears or smiles welcome,. 💫

Sound healing held space for me to process heavy emotions or to just have a reset feeling more peaceful and able to tackle life's challenges with a sense of ease.
