Don't panic, we can fix this. Here's how.....

You're a go-getter. You want the most out of your life both professionally and personally.

But, you're frustrated that you're not feeling confident and successful in the workplace, and you don't have the energy and time for your personal life. A double, frustrating, whammy.

The good news is, you're aware of some of the most common roadblocks high achievers like your face, so you are now in the position to take action. YOU are in control of your life, your success, and your happiness.

1) Working longer and longer: Instead of working more and more hours with little benefit (and sacrificing your sleep and relationships), you have to learn how to work more efficiently, accomplishing more in significantly less time.

2) Sacrificing sleep: One of the worst things high achievers can do is sacrifice sleep. This will backfire majorly in terms of your energy, focus, and and mood. Prioritize sleep if you really want to crush it profesionally and have energy for your personal life.

3) Poor boundaries: We gotta change this one, ASAP. Boundaries protect your time, energy, and emotional wellbeing. Learning to feel comfortable with boundaries is a major key to success.

4) Skipping exercise: There is no one tool that will give you focus, energy, low stress, and confidence than exercise. Finding time for exercise consistently is a must for power performance and personal fulfillment.

SKIPPING SLEEP IS HURTING YOU//

----->Follow for all things stress, sleep, and efficiency.

One of the most common mistakes I see the ambitious professionals I work with make is skipping sleep to try to accomplish more, or undervaluing its importance if they are not getting enough of it.

However, skipping sleep is the biggest disservice to ourselves because it results in us working harder, longer, and more frustrated, rather than smarter, efficiently and confidently.

This is killing your performance.

Quality sleep is responsible for so many things, such as our energy, attention and concentration, memory, and mood.

If you are regularly skipping sleep, you are not going to work and function at your optimal performance level, leading to higher stress and less time for other things that matter to you.

So, if you want to function at your top cognitive capacity, performance level, and optimal efficiency, get your sleep in order.

Time problem, efficiency problem, or nervous system in overdrive problem?

We're all busy, I know. In fact, "being busy" is often seen as a badge of honor in hustle culture.

But, the question is-how much time is spent actually doing things that are helpful for you professionally and personally....

And how much time is spent being busy because of an overactive nervous system?

Your nervous system is likely the culprit behind:

-Low energy making it hard to feel motivated about your work

-Brain fog and poor focus making it hard to be efficient, causing you to work longer hours

-Overthinking taking your time and attention, making it hard to fall asleep at night and engage in your hobbies

-And more.

If you're finding that a lot of the hours in your day are consumed by overthinking, feeling blah, and being unfocused, your nervous system may be to blame.

You're high achieving on the outside, but struggling with perfectionism, exhaustion, strange physical problems, and much more on the inside.

While these issues are extremely common (I see it daily in my work with clients), so many struggle in silence.

And because they struggle in silence, they don't get the support, tools, or guidance to help them stop the struggle with these things getting in the way of their professional success and personal life.

Others may also not know anything is going on since they appear very functional on the outside.

This causes even more loneliness and isolation, with many wondering what is wrong with me?
