The moment Leanne finally believed in herself again.

Before joining our 6-Week Level Up Transformation Program, Leanne wasn’t sure she’d ever get back to the things she loved. Even walking all her dogs felt impossible. Stress, unhealthy snacking, and self-doubt had become her normal.

But she took the leap anyway.

In the first week, she questioned whether she could really do it, but soon realised it wasn’t about huge changes. It was about readjusting what she was already doing and choosing herself each day.

From there, everything shifted.

She started walking more, moving more, and handling stress differently. In fact, in the final weeks of the program she was walking more than double the recommended amount! Instead of turning to snacks, she’d head out for a walk or a quick workout. She felt more positive, more energetic, and people around her even said she was glowing!!

By program end, Leanne lost an impressive 8.76 percent of her body weight. But her biggest wins were walking all her dogs daily, fitting into clothes she hadn’t worn in years, rediscovering her love for exercise, and feeling proud of herself again.

She valued the accountability, the weekly check-ins, the reflection exercises, and the support from the people around her, including her granddaughter reminding her, “Nan, you can do it.”

The moment Jane finally felt like herself again.

When she joined our Level Up Transformation Program, she didn’t want a miracle — she just wanted to stop feeling tired, old, and weighed down by a year that had taken a toll on her body and her confidence.

What surprised her most wasn’t the weight she lost…although that was significant!
It was everything she gained.
Her skin looked healthier.
Her energy lifted.
Her balance improved.
Her husband even said she looked “brighter” and less grey.

She started doing things she hadn’t done in years — long walks, kayaking, exploring, saying yes to life instead of sitting on the sidelines.

The moment Pam finally felt proud again!

For over a year, a pair of jeans sat in Pam’s wardrobe — brand new, tags still on, but too tight to wear.

When she joined our 6-Week Level Up Transformation Program, she didn’t expect miracles. She just wanted to feel like herself again — stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Week by week, she built momentum. The workouts fit around her life, the nutrition guidance made sense, and the accountability kept her going even when motivation dipped.

By the end of the program, Pam had lost over 8% of her body weight — but her proudest moment wasn’t on the scales.
It was the day she pulled on those jeans, zipped them up with ease, and wore them all day feeling comfortable, confident, and proud.

This final result blows us away! 🤯

This group showed up—and it shows.

In just six weeks, they lost a combined 84.2 kilograms, with an average weight loss of 8.32%.

That’s our highest performing group to date.

There were 12 people in this group, three quarters of participants had weight loss as their primary goal, and they worked hard from day one.

They followed the program, leaned into the process, and earned every bit of this result.

You can’t compare one round to another—each group has a different mix of goals. But what’s consistent is the commitment, the support, and the transformation.

We’ll be sharing more about their individual journeys over the coming weeks. For now, we just want to say: We’re proud. They’re proud. And this is just the beginning.

It’s not just about the scales — it was about gaining confidence.

When Rita joined our 6-week Level Up Transformation Program, she was already working out, but knew she needed something more.
A challenge. Accountability. A reason to finally put herself first.

Like many of our participants, she hesitated at first.
Would it fit around her busy life? Could she really give 100% to something just for her?

But she decided to take the leap anyway — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions she’s ever made.

From day one, Rita surprised herself. She started strong… and just kept going.
Week by week, she pushed through self-doubt, lifted heavier, walked further, and realised she could do far more than she’d ever believed.

By the end of the six weeks, she didn’t just hit her goal — she surpassed it, losing 10.84% of her body weight and gaining a whole new mindset.

She learned that small, consistent effort beats perfection every time.
That “I can’t” usually means “I haven’t tried yet.”

Ingrid had been feeling stuck for quite a while.

She knew she wanted to feel better — lighter, stronger, more in control — but the idea of starting again felt daunting. Bad habits had crept in slowly: midnight snacking, tired mornings, that feeling of being in a cycle she couldn’t seem to break.

When she saw the Level Up Transformation Program, something in her said, “Maybe this is what I need.”
Even then, she hesitated. Would I really stick with it? Is it worth it?

But she decided to back herself — and do something different this time.

Six weeks later, Ingrid’s world looks completely different.
She’d lost 8.5 kilos, but what mattered more was what she gained: calm, confidence, and control.

She built structure into her days.
She stopped eating in the middle of the night.
She started believing she could follow through — and she did.

When Helena joined our 6-week Level Up Transformation Program, she wasn’t sure if she could justify it — another fitness investment after years of trying and falling short.
