💪This is one of the simplest routines I’ve kept — and one of the most powerful.⁣

💜First thing in the morning, before coffee, I have some water and mix my magnesium with creatine.⁣

🧠 No thinking. No debating. Just automatic.⁣

Not because I’m disciplined every morning — but because I’ve removed the decisions.⁣

🗓️ About a year ago, I noticed I genuinely felt better when I did this consistently.⁣

So instead of relying on motivation, I made it easy:⁣

* Everything lives on the kitchen bench⁣
* It takes less than a minute⁣
* It happens before the day gets started⁣

This is how habits actually stick.⁣

🎤 When routines are simple, supportive, and require less mental energy, they become part of who you are — not another thing to “try” and then drop.⁣

💜And this becomes even more important in (or before) perimenopause.⁣

When energy fluctuates.⁣
When sleep isn’t as predictable.⁣
When brain fog or decision fatigue creeps in.⁣

😊Setting yourself up before the day begins can change how the entire day feels — and then how your weeks and months feel too.⁣

💜It doesn’t need to be perfect.⁣
It just needs to be easy enough to repeat ⁣

I just spent 3.5 weeks away with my family — totally out of my usual routine.

But here’s what stayed:
✔ prioritising sleep
✔ staying hydrated
✔ moving my body when I could
✔ protein + veggies most days
✔ supplements

Not perfect. Not extreme. Just habits that are part of me now.

That’s the goal — not rigid routines, but supportive habits that travel with you.

🚨 I’m gauging interest for a new women’s morning strength group in Perth (NOR) — held indoors in a beautiful yoga studio. 💫

👯‍♀️ All ages & fitness levels welcome
⏰ Start time: 5:30 or 5:45 AM (TBC), Tuesday or Wednesday (TBC)
🕒 45-minute sessions
💪 Includes pelvic floor & core, mobility, and full-body strength training
📍 Perth NOR location
💰 ~$30 per session (discount for 6-week block)

This is beginner to intermediate friendly — but even seasoned exercisers will feel the (good!) challenge.
