💪This is one of the simplest routines I’ve kept — and one of the most powerful.
💜First thing in the morning, before coffee, I have some water and mix my magnesium with creatine.
🧠 No thinking. No debating. Just automatic.
Not because I’m disciplined every morning — but because I’ve removed the decisions.
🗓️ About a year ago, I noticed I genuinely felt better when I did this consistently.
So instead of relying on motivation, I made it easy:
* Everything lives on the kitchen bench
* It takes less than a minute
* It happens before the day gets started
This is how habits actually stick.
🎤 When routines are simple, supportive, and require less mental energy, they become part of who you are — not another thing to “try” and then drop.
💜And this becomes even more important in (or before) perimenopause.
When energy fluctuates.
When sleep isn’t as predictable.
When brain fog or decision fatigue creeps in.
😊Setting yourself up before the day begins can change how the entire day feels — and then how your weeks and months feel too.
💜It doesn’t need to be perfect.
It just needs to be easy enough to repeat
❓What’s one small thing you’ve already made easier in your mornings?
