👉 Comment “NIGHT” if your real dinner also starts after 9PM and you want more tools, not more shame.
You don’t binge at 9PM because you’re weak.
You binge because your brain is **tired** and your blood sugar is all over the place.
For years my “real dinner” started at 9PM:
kids in bed, house finally quiet… and suddenly I was in the kitchen again.
Fridge. Pantry. Chocolate. Guilt.
If you’re a busy parent who feels smart at work but “stupid with food” at night,
you are not broken. Your brain is just exhausted.
This is the first step: stop blaming yourself, start looking at your **evening system**.
