Most parents don’t have “cravings problems.”
They have chemistry overload.
After a full day of stress, rushing, parenting, decision-making…
your brain enters the night already empty.
Add a glucose dip + cortisol hangover…
and the 9 PM craving is not a weakness.
It’s a signal.
The night I understood this, everything changed.
I started engineering my evenings the same way I solve problems at work:
→ identify the errors
→ stabilize the system
→ build a predictable pattern
And guess what?
Cravings disappeared.
Not because I became stronger —
but because my chemistry finally calmed down.
