Do you put off until the next day what you should have finished the day before yesterday? You’re not alone. Everyone procrastinates in some way.

Trust me I know its hard to avoid junk, especially when you're out driving like myself. I'm either heading to a client to drop off my meals, shopping or meeting with clients. When I get hungry all around me is fast food and junk foods. Self talk is great but what happens when hangray takes over??? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This is what has helped me: packing snacks in my bag or if I have to stop, I'm getting avocado toast without the toast LOL and if I can a boiled egg. This will stop that hangry voice from getting louder and louder. Im giving myself some healthy fats and honestly that is what your body is really craving. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We can be way harder on ourselves that anyone will ever be, speaking from my own experience! I'm learning every day to be kinder to myself and let go of past mistakes, bad decisions etc. Some days are better than others but we keep moving right?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
