About Us
Dr. Ajaz Omer Khan is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and continues to meet the requirements of his specialty medical board for on-going learning and assessment which shows his commitment for lifelong learning and ongoing self-evaluation so that he can improve his practice. Dr. Khan did his family practice residency at the renowned John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. He then went on to do a fellowship at the University of Knoxville in Tennessee, the regions only level 1 trauma center- which is the highest designation available. After completing his fellowship, for the next 20+ years he went above and beyond providing the highest level of care to patients and families as an emergency room doctor. In 2019 he decided to leave emergency medicine and pursue his passion of Family primary care. Establishing Aymancare which is a family practice providing comprehensive health care for people of all ages. At Aymancare, we focus on the whole well being by using data and technology to coordinate services and enhance care.
We provide not only routine wellness care but also the following services and treatments for overall, mental, and physical health:
