All workshops will be held at Bangor on Dee Village Hall near Wrexham from 10am -4pm . Cost £50 per day.

Lotus Nei Gong Wrexham

This is the main North Welsh branch of Lotus Nei Gong International. The classes have been running in North Wales since 2010. They were originally run by Damo Mitchell and since then, several close students of his have taken over from him in the area.

Classes in Qi Gong, Nei Gong and traditional Taijiquan (Tai Chi) are available in the Wrexham area in the form of weekly classes and regular weekend-long events.

Come and study within classes that are attached to an international organisation, providing traditional instruction with a root back to the ancient wisdom lineages of China. We look forward to seeing you...
