I think the toughest part about being a full spectrum doula is witnessing and holding folks through their losses such a miscarriages & ab0rti0ns. It's such a tender moment for everyone involved and my heart swells each time a person shares their journey. Grateful to still feel and be human, honored to be seen as a safe container 🧡💛🧡💛

Venus is currently in its home planet Libra until September 22nd. Such a beautiful time to make room for those who are the pillars in your life, watch the ways in which you spend money and extend some love to yourself and those whom you come in contact with. There might be some friction since we are in Virgo season which is centered around routine, saving and discipline but if we find the balance this can be a harmonious time for reconnecting to self and building some reciprocal relationships ❤

I’ve been reflecting on this last healing circle with these two beauties. The focus was “Nervous System” and it was perfectly aligned as Oya’s energy was heavily present last week with the many storms we experienced in the CSRA.

The nervous system governs our ability to hear and be present with the many messages spirit has for us, acts as an alarm to the various sensors we pick up daily and guides us through decision making. Such a beautiful topic to close these monthly offerings.

I’m so grateful for the connections I’ve built along the way while holding these gatherings these past four months. It’s truly been an honor to see various folks step back into their power and experience great releases. I am relieved to have fulfilled this contract with spirit and excited to see what is next 💕
