Day 7 4lbs gone yaay super happy.
As usual my meals are already preplanned. I will also be having some fruit and vegetables and plenty of water. I use the water flavourings for a nice change as sometimes I find water boring 😁. I love them all. The golden vegetable is delicious with hot water. Just tastes like a cup a soup and feels as though I have had a hot meal. Really nice.
I'm now ready to go into week 2. I don't have a lot to lose, just a few more pounds and I'm back at target.

Day 6

Starting the day on a high, and ready to smash the weekend. My 4 products today have already been pre-planned.
Breakfast was a shake and lunch is spaghetti bolognaise, which is really filling. I had mine with cauliflower and spinach through it.

Day 5

I'm now on a roll, getting into the swing of having products plus some fruit and veg.
I weighed in today as Friday has always been weigh-in day. So on day 5 I have lost a total of 4lbs (1.8kg). Now that is a great boost and sets the mind frame up to succeed.

Day 4
Chocolate mint mousse made with a shake and mix-a-mousse for breakfast.

Day 3
All planned for the rest of the day.
Breakfast smoothie with strawberry and spinach blended together. Spinach makes it green and delicious 😁 Soup, shake and a bar for later. The shake is cappuccino flavour which I will probably have hot as its cold today. Vegetable soup with croutons for lunch and a bar cut into slices for nibbling 😁😁
