“I started off on the LGT pushing 4x multiples of body (MOB) weight and now I have just reached 11x MOB!
What’s great is seeing the real time biofeedback on the screen to measure how I’m doing each session and track my progress each week.
I have already noticed a difference in my running, I feel stronger and hugely more confident going into my training and upcoming races.
I love to finish off my session using the compression boots. I’m not the best at keeping up with my stretches, but I have noticed such a difference in how much quicker my recovery has been using them”.
