Call to Action Saturday!!!

Hey There!!!

We just hit fall and soon October wow summer came and went!!!

That doesn’t mean stop our healthy journey goals!!!
I know the momentum has been up and down, I get it right the outside world has it’s challenges and real life struggles, however we keep showing up for ourselves, your goals, and your health. I know you all are doing an amazing job so keep that up.

Pilates Track Door Program which is the prequel to Belle Vitale a mini 5 day program to do Pilates combos on the door track many love doing this because as they do Belle Vitale they master the moves on the door track successfully.

LAVA Slowburn mini also a 5 day version of LAVA just revisits the moves that brings in a new version of Yoga.. low impact and mobility training.
