What a weekend… Celebrated my sister becoming a Walker at with the most wonderful wedding crew 🤍

I probably cried 15 times at the sheer presence and reflection of the people you two have brought together in your paths joining as one.

& I love your love and the impact it has on the world!

I hope that you both keep finding the mystery and miracle of love - looking within yourselves, offering up your love to each other, and revealing the divine in order to feel connected to all.

Enjoy Costa Rica and see you when you get back, before you head off on your next adventure to Jerz!

It truly has been a blessing to watch you grow up and now to get to witness you transition into this next phase of life.

I see you every day becoming the woman you want to be. It makes me incredibly proud to be your sister, supporter always, and friend forever.

Happy belated birthday to this one 💖

Kels, you are an absolute rockstar, go-getter, fiery, feminine, creative, motivational babe of a human being. I look up to you in so many ways, even if you are the younger sister. Thank you for being you, showing up the way you do in this world, going after your dreams, and never falling short of expressing your passion.

It was no coincidence that you were the only person to show up for my last CCC Group Distant Reiki session last night. Not only do you open yourself to receive from me as a healer but you help bookend a lot of pivotal moments in my life and business and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I’m so excited to keep doing life together - love you !

❌ I’m unwilling to accept a world in which…

…speaking your truth is considered radical
…expressing your uniqueness isn’t the norm
…feeling and emotion is looked at as weakness

…productivity equates to worthiness
…doing is valued more than being ..fast paced is the only pace

…people live for others wants and needs before their own
…putting another above yourself is considered selfless
…living out of alignment is society’s standard

…we cannot find safety within ourselves
…people feel left out for being different
…living in our bodies feels foreign

…a felt sense of purpose is missing for most
…fulfillment isn’t a constant state of being
…people feel isolated and alone

…personal development isn’t a cornerstone
…healing and health isn’t a priority
…growth is unsupported and unrealized

✨I believe in a world where every human feels safe to
express their truth,
break free from expectation, and
expand into their greatest potential.

And the best way I know how to do that is to help humans
