"Laughter is brightest where food is best" sums up a wonderful Irish Night at the Publick House. The Center of Hope sponsored the event along with our friends at the Sturbridge Federated Church. Over 500 people enjoyed the traditional Irish feast of corned beef and cabbage, with all the fixings. Thank you to all who supported us that evening🍀

A huge thank you to Russ Hoyt from Team Hoyt for visiting our Jim Howard Day Program on March 12th! Russ shared the incredible story of Dick and Rick Hoyt, reminding us all that when Rick wanted to try something new, the answer was always 'Yes you can!'
It was powerful to hear our members join in and repeat that motto. This picture from Russ’s presentation says it all: "Is there something you think is hard to do? Ask yourself, can I do this? Yes you can!"

🏛️ Showing up for our community!

On March 10th, Kelly Hutton, Josh Woods, and Cole Gawron represented the Center of Hope and joined over 600 advocates at the State House for the 48th Annual Legislative Reception. Hosted by The Arc of Massachusetts and MDDC, this year’s theme, “Protecting Our Lives: Now More Than Ever,” focused on the vital challenges and successes facing our community.

During the event, legislators were honored for their support, and a powerful call to action was issued. Want to get involved? Contact Kelly Hutton at Center of Hope or visit thearcofmass.org/advocacy to learn how you can advocate for change.
