Bone broth is full of incredible nutrients including protein!!

Start with a tiny amount and increase over time as your child’s taste buds change. Use store bought bone broth or homemade and start today!

DIY Lunchable 🥳

Know what’s fun? A charcuterie board for dinner.

Know what’s fun about a charcuterie board for a picky eater? There’s always something for them to pick!

When designing your board, ensure that there are 3-4 foods your kiddo loves: think chicken nuggets, cheese, fruit, crackers.

Include a few things that your child likely won’t eat but also won’t cause anxiety: think dried fruit, veggies, dip, bougie cheese, non-preferred fruits and crackers, nuts.

There’s fun foods for all! Let your kiddos pick their own food from the board, pull out a game or joke cards and enjoy!

Looking for a gluten free homemade version of Cheez Its? This recipe is SO good. I used raw white cheddar and they are delish.

Two tips:

1. Do not use pre-shredded. Because of the chemicals on the cheese (even organic) the blendability of the cheese is not the same.

2. Roll them thinner than you think. This recipe should make around 3 cookie sheets worth of crackers.
