Some oils are simply too intense for everyday use — and using them “because they work” can do more harm than good.

💧 Fennel — strong hormonal action; occasional use only.
💧 Jasmine — emotionally dense; can overwhelm with frequent use.
💧 Lemongrass — smells energizing, but its architecture actually settles the nervous system; repeated exposure can irritate.
💧 Oregano — powerful, but harsh; repetition only increases risk.
💧 Cinnamon Bark — extremely sensitizing; not for routine blends.

These oils aren’t “bad.”
They’re simply too strong for repetition — and respecting that keeps them effective and safe.

When you understand an oil’s note, strength, and role, you stop blending on autopilot and start blending with clarity.
