I support men and women to reach their optimal weight, reduce stress, and increase their energy without dieting or depravation. I put an emphasis on making permanent dietary and lifestyle changes. All work together and none are independent of the other. A body in balance has a better chance of health than a body out of balance. Let me support you in finding what makes you whole! I will introduce you to whole foods, exercise and selfcare. The body, if giving half a chance will heal itself all by itself.
