Day 2 - Camel - Ustrasana 🐫
Camel Pose stretches and opens up the whole front side of the body, the complete opposite range of motion to being slouched over keyboards and phones. When we bend backwards we expose what we normally protect, our neck and our heart. Supported by arch of a strong back find comfort in this vulnerable position. Relax, breathe and feel mind-body connection in this heart opening pose. Ustrasana is included in the Hot Yoga Sequence which I’d recommend to help you stay sober. The heavy sweat help your liver clear toxins. I’m looking forward to completing the 30 day Hot Yoga challenge starting the 15th.
