Our Story

Eat THINK and Be Merry has been created to help people who struggle with disordered eating, excess weight and/or negative emotions. End the war with your weight and learn to love your body and yourself, at whatever (healthy) size you feel comfortable. Work on the causes of excess weight or binge eating etc. and you’ll change the effect.
