Hello, it’s Julie Ann here, the heart 💚behind Calm Realms - spiritual healer, hypnotherapist, aromatherapist, and intuitive guide. I’m also a wife, mum, and proud cancer survivor.

I help people reconnect with themselves and find clarity, calm, and balance. My sessions are tailored to you and can include Spiritual Hypnosis, Past Life or Soul Regression, Readings, Reiki, Reflexology, NLP Coaching, and Personalised Aromatherapy.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, fears, or just feel a quiet nudge for change, this work can support your mind, body, and soul. You don’t need to be in crisis to begin healing - you’re welcome here, just as you are.

👃🏻- Smelling your favourite scent, taking five to smell freshly cut grass, or even some calming essential oils?

👂🏻- Listening to some relaxing music, or maybe the sound of nature and birds, or even putting on your favourite playlist?
