Jumping on the 2016 trend. Unbeknown to us at the time, this was our last Christmas all together as Dad and Ben both died the following year. I turned 50! Went to a festival, celebrated our first wedding anniversary, had amazing holidays, spent happy times with dear friends and family. Saw Adele in concert. Worked with very special people and got to do some mad stuff all in the name of charity

Roughly 9 years ago I met a complementary therapist from the Arthur Rank Hospice and I told her how I would love to do what she was doing. I was working in fundraising at the time and not enjoying it one little bit. I thought about what she said and I started my journey of training in holistic therapies. Little did I know that 9 years later, I would become a complementary therapist working at the very same hospice. I feel so very privileged to be part of the complementary therapy team.
