Was certainly worth it and is still developing by the day. Big plans now on increasing the gym size and getting even more kit in to fill the space πŸ’ͺ🏻

I’m confident we’ve got the right team in place to take it to another level in the near distant future πŸ˜„πŸ™Œ

Port Vales in form Mal Benning has recently completed my Strength & Conditioning Programme and has seen massive increase in strength, fitness and confidence.

I had a chat with Mal a few months back who was looking for something extra to get him in the best condition of his life. I offered him my coaching programme and nutrition plan to help him improve his strength & fitness before the season was over.

Mal stuck to my gym based programme whilst also training with Vale, and by gradually progressing volume and keeping nutrition on point he soon reaped the benefits of the programme.

And after scoring the winning penalty in the Semi-Final, assisting and scoring in the Final at Wembley and helping Vale get promoted, i can only take all the credit πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ€£πŸ€£

Congratulations on the promotion mate, i look forward to helping you and a few of the lads preseason and getting you primed for League 1! πŸ’ͺ🏻
