I meet women and mothers through all stages of their journeys. Whether she’s chosen to not have children, is open to receiving new life, is on an IVF/ adoption / surrogate journey, through first pregnancies/ postpartum life and second, third time around, after losses, during NICU stays, and through developing the courage to try again. And so much more. Sometimes I even get to meet the babies too! 🥹

Every human and client that I work with is on a unique path. I do my best to create an atmosphere and hold the energetic space needed for subtle and deep transformations. 🦋

Happy NovemBER! 🍁 It’s been two months since our studio move down the street & re-opening in Plymouth, MA waterfront! Loving being closer to the water, the view, the vibes, and creating a cozy healing sanctuary! 😌 loving seeing your faces, hearing the exhales as you walk through the door, noticing the energy shifts and peaceful afterglow of your sessions 🙌🏼✨

“Whoa, the reiki hit deep today!” one of my favorite comments from the other day.

It’s amazing witnessing the transformations throughout our work together! The subtle extra capacity in the nervous system, the increased energy balancing and relief of tension/ holding patterns in the body, the cultivating of inner peace, the resilience in recovery after a stressful event.

Self care is more than just in the moment, it is building communication and a feedback loop with the body that “Even when life gets stressful, I’ve got you.“

Therapeutic touch is a non verbal cue to the body that it’s safe. That it can let go. That it doesn’t have to hold it all together.

Wrapped up my last day in this beautiful space where my practice has been part of the last 5+ years at my Providence, RI location! Walking in for yoga class, before I shared space here, I felt a deep resonance within this building. As if I had been here in another lifetime. I got to live out another half decade here and share the magic with my clients and colleagues!

Incredibly grateful for the opportunity at Hawk & Hummingbird, honored to have been part of the amazing team of practitioners & healers. The magic will carry on in all of our individual healing practices, spaces & collaborations.

This song was the very last song that came on in my very last session in this space, connected me back to when I was in massage therapy school, we were in class practicing in a retreat setting, and through this song (a different version but same song), I felt a deeper connection to this work than ever before.

A sound. A thread. A theme, of what’s coming next for continued healing sessions in Providence… 🥰🙌🏼✨

Good misty morning!! What a delight this fall has been. Minus the random really hot days when, if you’re a fall lover like me, you’re layered up and then overstimulated! 😅 but hey, transition is full of swings and waves. 🌊

Autumn is an amazing time to recenter and rejuvenate from the vibrancy of summer. Tuning back in, recharging from life’s ever changing winds. 🍂

Lately I’ve been seeing some mamas return, some new folks coming in and some regulars for their maintenance tuneups! ✨

Always so grateful to witness first hand the shifts, the stress lifted, pain / discomfort naturally relieved, anxiety soothed, the mind•body connection in synergy, inner peace restored. 🌀

A few reminders: this Friday 10.24 is my last Friday at my current Providence location! I’ll be shifting primarily to my Plymouth, MA studio Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays. And, an exciting collaboration in Providence, RI is brewing that I’ll be sharing more about soon! 😌✨

When the session hit deep and peeling yourself up from the table is the hardest part 😆😴🙌🏼

The great thing about the areas in which I practice are they’re incredibly walkable and in the heart of local cafes, restaurants, nature strolls, artisan shops, bookstores, museums and more!

If you’re needing more transition time or wish to extend your you time they’re great areas to do that! An awesome little solo trip, meet up with a friend, or bring your spouse/ partner for a little retreat. I do offer back to back couples sessions as well! Love working with your loved ones and supporting you + your village.

The river ran strong last night at Open House at her Braintree location! I barely got any photos because I got so booked with mini reiki sessions. An absolute joy to support those taking care of everyone else. A reminder of replenishing the outpour of energy 💚

So grateful to Dr Caryn for having me, lovely to meet fellow practitioners & local small businesses in an area that I’m not usually in! She has such a beautiful space & warm environment for care. Definitely check out her work & amazing team if you’re in the Braintree/ Medfield areas!

The body is the canvas, the map, the container of experiences & memories, the guide in which we navigate life. 💚

Our bodies are our earthly homes. They hold so much. Just as we take care of our environments- home, work, car, garden etc our bodies need (and deserve) ongoing care too! 🌿

Not only when something hurts, but as preventative maintenance and soul care too.

🧡 an update about my Providence location 🧡

As many of you know, the beautiful space where I have been practicing out of/ rented space the last 5+ years in Providence, went on the market last fall and I was recently notified that it is currently under contract with a closing date of October 31st! 🎃✨

I have absolutely loved being part of this magical space, the time shared with my clients and colleagues here over the years. So many memories, tears, laughter, joy, transformations, and resonance, took place here. I will cherish the time forever. 🦋

After much reflection, I’ll be combining to one studio space at my main location in Plymouth, MA (waterfront). RI clients are more than welcome to continue care with me there. It’s a beautiful area to book a little morning/ afternoon / day trip. If that’s out of the realm of possibility and you’re an established client, reach out to me and we can chat about alternatives.

📅 October 24th will be my last day seeing clients at my Providence location. So you have 3 more Fridays to book with me there!! Get your fall reset in and let’s close out this beautiful chapter & welcome in the new one. 🍂

My current schedule in Plymouth is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & every other Friday, I’ll be adding more Friday time after 10/24.
