Sindh Private Hospitals and Clinics Welfare Association Sindh private Hospitals and Clinics Welfare association ( SPHCA) came into existence in 2011.Registered under the Societies registration act 1860.

Sindh private Hospitals and Clinics Welfare Association ( SPHCA) came into existence in 2011. The Association is a registered under the Societies registration Act XXI of 1860. The aim of this Association is to establish an Association Network within the Sindh region to allow better coordination and cooperation between the Sindh based Charitable organizations , Private Practitioners / Family Physicians and Small size Hospitals and diagnostic centers to allow them to increase their domains of action, at the national, regional and international level. We also welcome you for your suggestions as well as any acute problems . The success of this Association depends mostly on the quality of participation. We hope that you will be able to join us for this unique opportunity to strengthen the role of Private Health Care Sector specially in Sindh.

عمرکوٹ میں پی پی ایچھ آء کے ہسپتال میں ایک کلرک لیول کے ملازم کی ایک لیڈی ڈاکٹر کے ساتھ بدتمیزی دیکھیں. کیا ایسے حالات میں ایک لیڈی ڈاکٹر ہسپتال میں کام کر سکتی ہے ؟؟

بابا جی کو سفید داڑھی تو ہے پر ایک ڈاکٹر سے بات کرنے کی پھر بھی تمیز نہیں ہے. ایسے لوگوں کو محکمانہ سزا ملبی چاہیئے تا کہ باقی لوگ اس سے سبق سیکھ سکیں.

افسوس کی بات یہ ہے کہ تقریباََ سارے ہسپتالوں میں یہی ماحول ہے. نیچے کا عملہ جو پرانا ہوتا ہے وہ نئے آنے والے ڈاکٹر کی عزت نہیں کرتا. ڈاکٹر تو ڈاکٹر ہوتا ہے. نیچے کے عملے کو ڈاکٹرز کی ہر حال میں عزت کرنی ہے اور وہ لازم ہے. اور ایک عورت کی عزت کرنا تو اس سے بھی زیادہ اہم ہے.

مزے کی بات اس طرح کے کسی بھی بندے میں آپ ہاتھ ڈالیں , تو ان کی پہنچ ایم ایس , ڈی ایچھ او یا کسی حکومت وقت کے اعلی افسر سے ہوتی ہے اور ان کو کچھ بھی نہیں ہوتا.
