My Dad and I have always been very close and have enjoyed many adventures together, both in Europe and here in the U.S. The picture was taken in the Outer Banks NC, where we enjoyed an amazing family beach holiday a few years back. If memory serves me correctly, it was during our time there that the beginnings of this venture took shape, probably after Dad had a few beers.
We are not really health and fitness people, we simply like to enjoy life to the max whilst keeping an eye on the inner workings of our bodies, hence our discovery of the amazing benefits that the H**p plant can have on our daily lives and general wellbeing.
