Nurse, Yoga Instructor, award winning Filmmaker, wellness advocate and health/self-care activist and conscious peaceful shift-shaker practicing and celebrating the benefits of Yoga for over two decades. Merging arts and movement with a holistic career path as a specialty Hospice & Palliative Nurse spanning over 30 years certified in a variety of healing modalities that invites all ages, stages and sizes of people to embrace the healing power of mindful movement one breath at a time. Studying abroad in Rishikesh, India, Tibet as well as in the states with Shiva Rae, Sharon Gannon & David Life. Embracing roots in Vinyasa, Ayurvedic, Adaptive, Restorative and Nidra while integrating mindfulness, meditation, breathwork-crafting individualized practice that is fun yet invigorating. As a mobile provider I have the flexibility to travel serving indegenious and underserved populations. I specialize working with 501c3, corporate wellness programs and individualized care for families & caregivers in the midst of post-operative care, terminal disease processes, impaired mobility, TBI, ALS, Trauma, PTSD, home or wheel-chair bound and elderly. As a descendant of Choctaw & Cherokee nations and Eastern European Jews, I am sensitive to cultivate a culture of self-love & self-care, MOST importantly in the midst of socio-economic injustices and the global health crisis and offer remote sessions with intention to narrow the bridge of accessibility to creating radical accountability. Certified in Aromatherapy, Healing Touch, Mindfulness, and Meditation-endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA). Since 2014-served on the National Yoga Alliance Education Committee. When not practicing Yoga my lens is focused on my other passions as an award winning TV and Filmmaker, Radio show host or dancing to live music, crafting plant-based food & body tonics, writing for wellness magazines and enjoying time with my inspiring family and friend

Our Story

Julie Holman 200RYT, CTT, LPN, CHLPN Practicing and celebrating the benefits of Yoga for over two decades one breath at a time. Playfully merging a diverse background in cinema and performance art and movement with her holistic career path of a Hospice & Palliative Nurse. Julie invites all ages, stages and sizes of people to embrace the healing power of mindful movement. Studying in Rishikesh, India, Tibet and several other countries as well as in the states with Shiva Rae, Sharon Gannon & David Life. Embracing her Roots in Vinyasa, Ayurvedic Ta***ic, and Nidra while integrating mindfulness and meditation, she crafts a practice that is restorative yet invigorating. Certified in Aromatherapy, Healing Touch, Mindfulness, and Meditation-endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA). Certified by the Yoga Alliance. Since 2014, Julie has served on the National Yoga Alliance Education Committee. When not focusing on her Asana’s, Julie is movin and groovin to live music, crafting plant-based food & body tonics, writing for wellness magazines and enjoying time with her inspiring family and friends.
