Feeling overwhelmed? 💛
This wheel gives you 18 ways to navigate emotions — because different moments need different kinds of support. Here’s how each section can help:

🌼 DISTRACTING — when emotions feel too big to think clearly
Sometimes you just need a breather. A small distraction helps your brain reset so you can come back to the emotion with more calm.

🌿 SOOTHING — when your body needs comfort and safety
Big feelings often show up physically. Soothing helps regulate your nervous system so you can feel grounded again.

✨ REFRAMING — when your thoughts are spiralling or rigid
Overwhelm often comes from the story we’re telling ourselves. Reframing opens the lens and helps you see more possibilities.

💛 ACCEPTING — when you need to name and honour the feeling
Instead of pushing emotions away, acceptance helps you understand what’s really going on — without judgment.

🌱 HARNESSING — when you’re ready to learn from the emotion
Every feeling carries information. Harnessing helps you ask, “What is this emotion trying to tell me?”

🎯 SHIFTING — when you want to reconnect with your long-term goals
Once you understand the emotion, you can redirect your energy with intention and move forward with purpose.

Save this for the next time emotions feel loud — and remember, there’s always a way through. 🤎✨

Oh man, this one is way too real! 🙌🙌

When people feel excluded, unseen, or undervalued, it triggers stress responses and can negatively impact learning, relationships, and overall health. Inclusion and equity are not abstract political ideals; they are conditions that support the nervous system, relationships, and community resilience.
