Ang mga nagnanais po na MAOPERAHAN sa LUSLOS,THYROID,CLEFT LIP at MINOR na operasyon ay magsadya lamang po sa Malasakit Center o RHU-1 para sa screening.

Ang screening po ay Monday(March 18,2019) to Thursday(March 21,2019) lang po.

Kung nagnanais po na ito ay pa-operahan,mayroon pong REGISTRATION mula November 1-12, 2018,8am to 5pm sa ating mga Health Center,RHU,Malasakit Center at Baliwag District Hospital(CARPA).

Ang SCREENING po ng mga nagparehistro ay gaganapin sa November 13-19 da Baliwag District Hospital(CARPA).

Sa pakikipag ugnayan po ng Municipal Health Office ng Pamahalaan Bayan ng Baliwag,Pamahalaan Panlalawigan ng Bulacan at Philippine Band Of Mercy(PBM).

Ang mga manggagamot,gamit,gamot ay sagot ng PBM at ng Pamahalaan Panlalawigan.

Ang operasyon po ay isasagawa sa Baliwag District Hospital(CARPA) sa November 20(Batch 1) at November 21 (Batch 2).
