Last week I had a client that was very suspicious of his reading.
He left a review expressing his doubts and suspicion about me scrolling through his social media to collect information for his reading.
Let me be clear.
When you book a reading with me, I will never scroll through your social media to receive messages.
Anyone that knows me, knows that I don’t like it when my clients provide too many details about their lives before our session.
When he initially left the review, it surprised me.
I’ve never received a review like this in my business.
Here’s what I didn’t do 👇🏻
I didn’t panic.
I didn’t attempt to change his mind about the reading or overcompensate in any way.
I handled the situation with grace, stayed in my power, and stayed firm in my inner knowing.
I trusted myself, my gifts, and I simply responded with the facts.
As a psychic, you are going to come across clients that are suspicious or doubtful.
That’s normal, we are human beings having a spiritual experience.
It happens.
It’s not your job to change their mind.
However, it is your job to TRUST yourself, your guides, and hold space for your clients in moments like these.
Doubting yourself, your gifts, doesn’t serve you or your clients.
After about a week or so, this client edited his review and described this reading as:
“It was undeniable because she hit far too many solid points that she couldn’t have known from anything written about me. She was remarkably accurate in multiple areas, and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful.”
A drastic change from the original review.
Your ability to hold space for your clients in moments like these are essential.
Your ability to stay confident in your work matters.
