Shoo! Shoo, bad juju! I've been needing to do a house cleanse for months now. Funny how daily life gets in the way of simple things such as this. Emberlyn helped me today by using the singing bowl as added measure.

Have you heard that the smoke will flow abundantly in a clear room but will be sluggish in rooms where the energy is stagnant? Going room to room confirms this for me as the areas where hubby and I argue a lot are sections where the smoke is barely there. But all the other areas, including our daughters's room, the smoke is flowing strong.

After doing a thorough cleaning, we watched as the sage stick billowed happily and vigorously throughout the house. 🥰

Nightmares. Night terrors. Sleepwalking. When she was 3 yrs old, Emberlyn would wake up and come down the hallway with her eyes open, distressed look on her face, but not really seeing us. She would talk in gibberish and not respond to any questions or demands if she's OK. I would always gently direct her back to bed to lay down and she'd go right back to sleep. Other times, she'd just sit up in bed with her eyes open, "look" around but not seeing or responding to my questions. I would gently coax her back to laying down again and she'd go back to sleep. In the morning, she would never recall any of it happening.

I tried many things from asking her spirit guides and angels for help to doing nightly protection bubbles. Nothing would last for more than a day. I finally tried various gemstones by her bed...amethyst, lepidolite, selenite, hematite, lapis lazuli, moonstone, tourmaline. Again, relief would only last a day or two. This had been going on for months now.

One day, I brought a pink calcite stone home and placed it under her pillow. Thank heavens! It worked! She has been sleeping throughout the night with no problems since then. The only times her restless sleeping pattern returns are when we go camping or traveling without the pink calcite.

Lesson learned here? Try different gemstones. Always set your intention before using it. And I hope you find the right one that works with you!

Today at mediumship practice, the first lady I was paired up with connect with my dad. One of the ladies from last week also connected with my dad. It's validating to hear that both ladies came up with similar evidential descriptions to show it was him. I know he's always with me and it's actually really comforting to know he's working with me in my practices.

The second lady I was paired up with connected to my nephew, who is still alive. This is not the first time someone has been able to connect to the energy to someone who has not passed. I wanted to share this for those who may come upon a similar experience.

She described my nephew to the T! I couldn't help but cry in worry even though I knew in my heart that he hasn't left me. I sent him a text right after and was so relieved when he replied he was ok and misses me. Here's what she gave me.

As for me, mediumship is such a challenge for me since it's stretching my psychic abilities to decipher and share information from someone instead of from my spirit guides/angels/higher self. It's really learning to trust that what I am shown is not a wasted message but something important enough for the departed to share.

My first partner, I had a lady and a man show up but she did not recognize either of them.

My second partner, I connected to her brother-in-law. Yaaaaaaay! It was such a relief to know that the evidence given me were concrete. Here's what I gave her.

I am still doing oracle card readings but now I'm going to do my best to hone in on my mediumship. I see now how messages from loved ones can be a huge road to healing.

Tonight, Emberlyn told me she needed to meditate more so she can hear her spirit guides better. This led to a conversation on what psychic is and how I discovered that she is a Rainbow Child. From there we did an exercise that I've been wanting to try out with her for a long time...telepathy!

After explaining how our exercise worked, I started as the one trying to guess the number she's thinking of. Aaaaand...I failed all three times.

Then it was her turn. I told her to close her eyes and, when I say go, say out loud the number that pops in her head.

I then my number, said it inside my head a few times and pushed my thought to her, then gave her the signal to guess.

She got it right three in a row! We'll..two in a row. When she got the third number wrong, she immediately corrected herself saying she heard the right number in her head.

The big grin of achievement on her face was priceless! I told her that it takes practice because it's easy to try and guess versus letting go of control and being quiet to listen to the guidance.

Stepping up my game in my own practices and learning so I can better guide her the best I can. ☺️
