Personalized, one-on-one physical therapy.
Welcome to Direct Physical Therapy! My name is Jason Ashby, and I founded Direct Physical Therapy January 2018 in order to provide the highest quality physical therapy to you without the limitations of insurance companies. I am able to provide you with convenient care in your home, or at another location of your preference. Appointments are 1-on-1, generally last one hour.
Some information about me: I have been a licensed physical therapist since 2003, working in outpatient orthopedics and home health. I have worked for several major hospital systems, and I have treated athletes of all levels; from little league to professional. I am on the faculty of Doctor of Physical Therapy and Physical Therapist Assistant degree programs. I am a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, and a fellow of the American Association of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. I am certified in the McKenzie system of mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine and extremities, and am a certified lymphedema therapist.
