自己整磨牙餅真係唔難!
用番薯整呢款健康BB磨牙餅,冇添加糖、鹽或者防腐劑~放心俾BB食!
呢款自家製磨牙餅,質地偏軟,BB就算咬碎咗都唔怕𠝹到嘴,適合初出牙嘅小寶寶。番薯本身就甜甜地,唔使加糖BB都like,仲含有豐富嘅維他命A同纖維,有助眼睛發展同腸道健康!
對初生BB嚟講,磨牙餅唔單止止癢咁簡單,仲可以幫佢哋訓練口腔同咀嚼技巧,為食固體食物做好準備。用燕麥粉做磨牙餅好處多多,含豐富可溶性纖維,有助腸道健康,亦提供植物性蛋白質,天然又營養。
BB磨牙餅食譜(簡易版)
材料(約12條):
-番薯 200克
-燕麥粉(用即食燕麥打碎)1杯(約140克)
-牛油果油2湯匙
做法:
- 番薯去皮切件,用水煮腍。
- 留少少水(1-2茶匙)同番薯打成蓉,約有¾杯。
- 混合燕麥粉、番薯蓉同油,搓成麵團。
- 壓平成5mm厚,切成BB容易手抓嘅形狀。
- 180°C焗20-25分鐘,焗至邊位金黃色,放涼後可儲存。

Homemade Baby Teething Rusks (Easy Recipe)
Ingredients (Makes ~12 rusks):
-200g sweet potato
-1 cup oat flour (140g)
-2 tbsp avocardo oil/ any mild-flavored oil
Method (Quick Summary):
- Peel and chop the sweet potato, boil it until soft.
- Reserve 1–2 tsp of the cooking water and purée the sweet potato (should yield ~¾ cup).
- Mix the purée with oat flour and oil to form a dough.
- Roll to 5mm thick, cut into baby-friendly shapes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 mins until edges are golden. Cool and store in an airtight container.
Why oats?
Oats are high in soluble fiber, gentle on little tummies, and provide plant-based protein — a wholesome, natural base for baby food!
