AFFIRMATIONS FOR GOOD HEALTH

What happens when you start using affirmations such as 'I am well', 'I am healthy', and 'I am healing'?

Your body hears your wish and goes all out to help you break the patterns that led you to create and manifest the dis-ease in the first place.

You CAN heal anything ... but only if you stop offering resistance to what you are being shown.

You CAN heal anything ... but only if you give your body the time and space and everything else that it needs to heal.

You CAN heal anything ... but only if you start breaking old self sabotaging patterns, mindsets, beliefs and actions.

You CAN heal anything once you follow all the prompts and start doing things differently.

Affirmations - What Happens When You Consciously Choose To Start Making Them?

Listen to your body and choose what YOU need today.

Tired? Rest. Plenty of water.

Full of energy? Go adventuring! Plenty of water.

Physical misalignments? Dis-ease? Healing practices. Long, hot salt baths. Delicious plant based foods. Plenty of water.

Emotional imbalances? Snuggle on the sofa with Netflix or cuddles with friends. Plenty of water.

What are you choosing today?

Ego aligned choices will feel uncomfortable, block your healing and flow of abundance in all areas of your life, and bring many lessons.

Heart based choices will feel calm, peaceful, joyful and blissful and bring many blessings in all areas of your life.

CREATE & MANIFEST GOOD HEALTH!

Along with every experience in our outer 3D life, we also create every discomfort, pain and dis-ease in our physical body, generally unconsciously, through our personal beliefs and behaviours.
