Magellan MFLC-Military & Family Life Counseling MFLC provides short-term, problem-solving, non-medical, "walk-around" life counseling services to active duty military members and their families.

Magellan is one of three organizations awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to deliver the MFLC program to activity duty members serving in all branches of the military, the National Guard and Reserves and their family members. The MFLC Program includes a Child and Youth Behavioral Counseling Program (CYB) specifically for young family members. Magellan continues to actively recruit MFLC adult counselors, MFLC embedded counselors, Special Operation command (SOCOM) counselors, CYB school-based counselors, and CYB child development center or youth program counselors to become rotational employees. In addition, there are additional opportunities for counselors with proven leadership experience.
