My name is Graziella Darmanin Cricchiola, a lawyer specialising in family law. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree focusing on parental alienation. As part of my dissertation, I am conducting a study Exploring Alienating Behaviours in the Maltese Foster Care System."
I am currently reaching out to participants who are willing to spare some time to assist me with this dissertation by participating in interviews regarding their involvement in fostering.
The aim of my research is to explore whether the Maltese foster care system truly supports the preservation of relationships between children and their biological parents once fostering is in place. It also seeks to understand how children maintain bonds with their biological parents while under the state’s care, from the perspectives of biological parents, foster carers, and professionals. Ultimately, this research aims to contribute to improving the foster care system to better meet children's needs.
I am inviting anyone who is willing to participate in this research to go to this link and answer a few questions. Thank you.
