The holistic approach of Bowen Therapy allows the body to restore and repair from the inside out without any forceful manipulation. Bowen Therapy can be performed over light clothing and it is safe for all ages. To allow the healing process to activate there are short 'rest times' in between some sequences which stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system giving the body time to rest and repair. A treatment plan will be discussed with your therapist on your initial visit. For best results it is advisable to have one or two follow up treatments 7-10 days after to help resolve your concern. *Long standing concerns may require longer treatment plans.*
