🥄 你知唔知道咩係「高鉀鹽」？呢種聽落好似化學堂先會講嘅鹽，其實可能係未來預防中風嘅轉捩點！🧂⚡

多謝劉巨基教授早前為我哋帶嚟一場健康講座《飲食與中風預防：由實證走向實踐》🧠💬 講座內容精彩又貼地，探討咗年輕中風上升、飲食同中風風險之間嘅密切關係，仲介紹咗多項嶄新研究數據📊

原來香港 40–65 歲人士每日攝鹽量超出世衛建議一倍以上，而「高鉀鹽」不但外觀味道與普通鹽差唔多，仲可以有效降低血壓，減少中風同心血管疾病風險💪🏻🩺

劉教授更分享到一個超大型嘅中國研究，證明使用高鉀鹽嘅村民中風風險都有降低，而且唔會顯著增加高血鉀風險🌟👏🏻

飲食與健康息息相關，希望大家都一齊由餐桌開始，守護腦血管健康🫶🏻🧂

🥄 Have you ever heard of potassium-enriched salt? It might sound like something out of a chemistry class, but it could actually be a game-changer in stroke prevention! 🧂⚡

A big thank you to Professor Gary Lau for delivering a fascinating and practical seminar titled “Diet and Stroke Prevention: From Evidence to Action” 🧠💬

The seminar explored the alarming rise in young stroke cases and the critical link between our daily diet and stroke risk, supported by cutting-edge research 📊

Did you know that Hongkongers aged 40–65 consume double the WHO-recommended daily salt intake? Potassium salt looks and tastes just like regular salt, but it lowers blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke and cardiovascular diseases💪🏻🩺

Professor Lau also highlighted a major study in mainland China showing that potassium salt use reduced stroke risk and lowered mortality, with no significant increase in hyperkalemia risk 🌟👏🏻

Our diet and health are closely connected. Let’s all start making healthier choices at the dining table — and take care of our brain and heart health 🫶🏻🧂
