Evelyn Robarts Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Evelyn is passionate about working with couples, individuals and families in order to help people find their inner resilience and strength.

Evelyn has done her clinical training in psychotherapy at UCSD Hillcrest in the Department of Reproductive Medicine where therapists collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers and other medical professionals to treat a variety of mental health issues for patients and their families. The opportunity to work within the realm of Reproductive Medicine has also allowed Evelyn to advocate for the screening and treatment of perinatal and post partum mood and anxiety disorders. Evelyn’s experience as both a nurse and a therapist gives her a unique open-minded perspective in empathetically addressing issues for clients in both short-term and long-term therapy. She has specialized skills working in the areas of trauma, maternal and reproductive mental health, couples in transition, attachment and the pressures facing young adulthood
