🌀 Are you curious about a career in trauma-informed massage therapy?

Many of our students arrive at PCAB from the worlds of yoga, dance, herbalism, meditation, and other holistic health practices. They’ve already discovered the joy of healing arts — but they’re also looking for a path that is both meaningful *and* financially sustainable.

Massage therapy provides exactly that. It’s a profession where presence, compassion, and skill are honored — and one that also offers more reliable income opportunities than many other wellness fields, with an expected 15% employment growth in the next 10 years.*

At the Pacific Center for Awareness & Bodywork (PCAB), our six-month, 740-hour program goes beyond techniques. Students are immersed in:

✨ Trauma-informed and relational care
✨ Mindfulness and somatic-based learning
✨ Holistic health and nature connection

The result is more than technical training — it’s a transformational journey. Graduates leave prepared to step into purpose-driven careers, blending massage with the wisdom they’ve cultivated through yoga, dance, herbalism, or other healing paths.

Our next cohort begins January 2026, and applications are open now. 🌺

When people come together with openness and care, something greater than the sum of our parts emerges. In this shared field, we observe that healing isn’t only individual — it is relational.

At PCAB, we cultivate an approach we call "Relational Bodywork." This means learning touch in the context of connection: with clients, with peers, and within a supportive community.

Every class is a living laboratory where presence, empathy, and awareness are practiced alongside anatomy and technique. In this field of belonging, students discover that transformation unfolds through relationship — learning is co-created, and growth is shared.

Relational Bodywork is what happens when skilled touch meets authentic connection. It’s what makes PCAB’s community so unique — a place where learning is woven with care, trust, and the felt sense of being held.

I invite you to slow your steps.
You may feel the weight of your body,
Supported by the earth.
You may hear the birdsong,
The way light filters through leaves,
The temperature of the air on your skin.
And you may notice your breath,
How each inhale receives life from the trees,
And each exhale gives life in return--
A relationship of belonging.

At PCAB, our massage therapy students spend hundreds of hours in hands-on practice — learning to trust their hands, feel the nuance of living anatomy, and meet each body with presence and precision.

🌊 From the long, flowing rhythms of Lomi Lomi
🌀 to the slow fascial unwinding of connective tissue bodywork
🦋 and the refined sensitivity of craniosacral listening…

Our curriculum moves through the body, system by system, technique by technique — building the skills to listen, respond, and touch with care.
