But what if I’ve already been diagnosed with a disease? Is it too late to make a difference? Should I just accept my lot and swallow my daily concoction of pills and put up with all sorts of unpleasant side affects whilst feeling guilty, ashamed and a victim of life?
Sure, not all diseases can be cured, but many diseases and conditions CAN be reversed, improved upon, and made far more manageable.
