Public
In 2019 I had this idea to create women’s circles with the intention of bringing more awareness to the importance of self-care in our lives.

I had no idea what was coming in 2020, and that these Circle's would provide just what we needed: tools, support and connection.

A few circles later, with a growing community of amazing women, the 2022 Women’s Self Care Circle Series is now open!

For eight weeks, every Tuesday @ noon we will meet online to learn, share, and be accountable to one another with the intention of upgrading our self care, health & wellness.

❤️Margaret came to the first circle I held in 2019, and has signed up for everyone of them since,

“It’s exactly what I need to calm myself. There’s something almost holy about the feminine energy and honesty at these circles.”

😘Ciara also an original circle member wrote recently,

“I’ve been a part of the circles. Do it! Do it!!”

If you want to:

⭕️Calm your nervous system
⭕️Release some weight
⭕️Create a positive relationship with your body
⭕️Feel happier
⭕️Connect with honest, like minded women who want to bring more positive energy to their families, work, and the world.

Then don’t miss this opportunity to go into 2022 with more joy and inner peace.

Space is limited to allow for the fullest experience.

If you have any questions, please dm me!! ❤️⭕️❤️

Don’t miss this! Join me tomorrow for a free (virtual) masterclass that will help you keep your cool throughout the holidays (and beyond).

Put down all of the balls you have in the air right now and come hang out with a great group of women who are feeling the feels of being pulled in a lot of directions at once.

During our time together we’ll talk about the qualities of emotional health, the best ways to work with and not against our emotions, and how to add some tools to your emotional toolbox this year.

The link is in my bio to sign up in Eventbrite. It’s free, but space is limited so don’t wait!

Cant wait to see you there!

I forgot to H.A.L.T.

Have you ever heard the expression: ‘It’s not the elephant in the room, it’s the ants in the kitchen that send you over the edge?'

It ‘happened’ to me the other day.

Nothing huge like a death, job loss, or accident took me to the place where I screamed alone in my car until my neck veins popped.

I hit my too-many-ants-in-the-kitchen-melting-point. Multiple small annoyances, mini disappointments, and jarring frustrations added up over the day led to my car tantrum...

I’m sooo excited to be on ‘Unstoppable Women’ Fb page today @4:00pm. I’m going to share my experience, tips and hope 😉 on being a working mother during a pandemic. Although we are moving toward more ‘normalcy’ ... self care has never been more important or useful in handling all of the moving parts we are managing daily. See you @ 4:00pm!!

On Thanksgiving Day 2020 will you be

🍁 alone or not traveling?
🍁 wanting some fresh air?
🍁 taking a break from cooking?
🍁 needing some alone time?
🍁 wanting to connect with others?

If you said yes to any or all of these...Please join me at 12 noon EST tomorrow here on the

Walk & Talk with Tracy FB Page

We’ll take a 15 minute walk together to connect, move our bodies, and get centered for the day.

Let’s make a new Thanksgiving memory tomorrow and see how many people we can get to walk and talk together (or for you West Coasters—sit in your pj’s with a mug-o-Joe).

See you tomorrow ❤️🦃❤️

Meditation provides a way of learning how to let go.

It took me decades to be able to sit quietly and be with my thoughts and over-active nervous system.

But now when I look at my relationship with meditation I realize that I was actually doing it all along. I just used different methods.

For many years I ran 🏃‍♀️.

Listening to my breath and the cadence of my feet as they hit the ground helped me quiet my thoughts.

Even though I was moving, I was able to let go, to the best of my ability at the time.

Then came the my venture into knitting 🧶.

To this day I still can’t believe I was able to slow down enough to knit, but the results were healing.

I was attracted to it during the years we were struggling to have a baby.

The methodical stitch making, along with the clicking of the needles sometimes put me in a very calm trance and I became momentarily free from my fears and disappointment.

Lately, my favorite chair 🪑 or a yoga 🧘‍♀️ mat or my back porch ☀️ are the places where I am most able to calm down enough to listen to my breath and (sometimes) watch my thoughts float by.

I am neither consistent nor ‘perfect’ at this self care practice, but I am convinced it’s a necessity.

I’m really excited to have my friend from as our special guest on Walk & Talk with Tracy.

Anissa is dedicated to helping people experience the power of inner stillness. She has helped me get more comfortable and even excited about my meditation practice.

As we inch towards the holidays, this self care tool, (if you choose to use it 😉) has the power to transform anxiety into peace.

Join us tomorrow on the Walk & Talk with Tracy FB Group (link in bio) to talk about all things meditation. 💆‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️💆🏽‍♀️.

Join me every Tuesday morning at 8:00 am EST on Walk & Talk with Tracy Facebook Group.

Ask to join the group and then come for a walk!

We get outside and connect with Mother Nature, each other, and most important, with ourselves.

It’s one of the most effective ‘medicines’ we can use daily to help:

🍃Lower blood pressure
🍃Decrease anxiety
🍃Increase serenity

See you on Tuesdays ❤️

Does the idea of joining the Women’s Self Circle keep popping into your head?

It might be an opportunity that your intuition is nudging you to choose.

That maybe your inner voice is leading you in the right direction.

It might also be a decision that helps you build more trust in yourself.

Sometimes, the resistance we feel towards making a decision is backed by our fear of the unknown. Or fear that we might make a mistake. Or that it won’t ‘be worth it’.

And yet...the thought keeps coming up.

These Self Care Circles are designed to help you get on track with:

⭕️ your personal self care plan
⭕️ calming your nervous system
⭕️ your health
⭕️ connecting with other women who want the same.

If any this resonates with you, and your on the fence as to whether you should sign up, write SELF CARE in the comments. Or DM me any questions you have.

Registration closes tomorrow. We have 3 spots left.
I’d love for you to join us!! Link to register in comments. ❤️.

2010 Day 4 of being a mom. Nothing has brought me more joy AND the need for self care.

It took me a few years to realize how true the metaphor ‘place the oxygen mask on your face first’ is.

One of the popular topics we cover in the Women’s Self Care Circle is: the feeling of guilt associated with self care:

⭕️ what creates the feeling of guilt?
⭕️ how do we use it as a sign that we are on the right self care track
⭕️ the tools that help us with the resistance to upping our selfcare.

There are only 2 days left to register for The Women’s Self Care Circle Series that begins next Tuesday, October 13th.

I guarantee you will not feel guilty after attending these powerful self care sessions 😉!

Write CIRCLE in the comments for registration info. ❤️⭕️❤️.

Have you heard that whisper lately?

The one that pops in and floats away quickly?

It softly nudges, “Slow down”

It’s your inner voice giving you a solution to the dis-ease you’re feeling.

And then quickly behind the whisper come the thoughts of resistance.

Resistance to the solution because of the fears that come with the unknown that change brings.

Even if it’s GOOD change. HEALTHY change. Change that will give you more FREEDOM.

The Women’s Self Care Circles that I’ve been hosting for over a year have helped women:

⭕️ create space to slow down
⭕️ learn how to integrate self care into our physical, mental and emotional health
⭕️ connect with other women and see that we are not alone in our desires for more life fulfillment

If the ‘whisper’ has been getting louder, and you are feeling called to join a group of women who want to learn and grow and THRIVE...

Please gift yourself this time and join us for this Six Circle Series.

Space is limited. Sign up closes this Saturday, October 10th.

DM me with any questions.
