Happy Sankrati! Festival of harvest. No festival for us this year. But who can stop the harvest! Special Yellu made with dates, nuts and seeds. Til yellu is calcium rich and dont forget catching your VitDs from the rich sunlight coming out this season! Which is what the festival is all about! Grateful for the farm fresh peas from Jaipur sent by a friend and the florals which I loved arranging. Nothing wasted. Leaves to the composting and fallen flowers into the floating urli! Paired with Quinoa pongal. Sweet potato & sprouts salad.
