Here are the steps for making Greg Doucette’s Anabolic French Toast:

Ingredients (300 calories total):
- 2 slices Ezekiel bread – 184 cal
- 5g vanilla extract – 14 cal
- 1 tsp cinnamon – 6 cal
- 3 packets Truvia – 0 cal
- 180g egg whites – 98 cal

Steps:
1. Mix the batter:
In a shallow bowl, combine the egg whites, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and Truvia. Whisk everything together until well mixed.

2. Soak the bread:
Dip each slice of Ezekiel bread into the mixture, making sure both sides are well coated and absorb the egg white mixture.

3. Cook the toast:
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat (you can spray it with a little zero-calorie cooking spray if needed). Cook each slice for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

4. Serve:
Plate the French toast and top with your favorite zero-calorie syrup or fruit if desired (not included in the calorie count).
