Life is a journey, but our goal is to make each day count. Like many who endure rugged beginnings, I longed to pay-forward the hard-won lessons of my life. My book, Getting Unstuck, Experience the Joy of Finishing Strong is one result of that desire. One of the great benefits of struggling is that you truly know what you know, nothing superficial about it.

Now, my great joy is to help individuals become competent and gain the confidence needed to experience for themselves the freedom to create a life that’s meaningful, fulfilling, and joyful.

My story? I became a therapist after my previous successful career revealed to me that developing and supporting people to thrive was much more rewarding than management roles within organizations.
I became licensed as an MFT then earned another degree in dispute resolution, both from Pepperdine University. As a child, I was neglected and confused, lacking guidance or helpful role-models. The essential life lessons I learned on my own taught me resilience and planted seeds of determination.

Survival was my best skill. I learned from people I admired and developed a strong moral compass. My formal education taught me skills, deepened my understanding of people, and added perspective to my life experience. Something that differentiates me is my focus on identifying and resolving the right problem or real issue in any situation. This is key to achieving lasting results.
