have conceptualized the idea of putting up a hospital with a 71 - bed capacity. Laurel Highway, a main thoroughfare in Lipa City, thus the
acquisition of a 2, 949 square meter of land thru a loan at Planters Development Bank. The project, “Metro Lipa Medical Center” will showcase the traditional features of a
Medical Center equipped with all the advance technologies and amenities in providing
optimum health care services affordable to patients. Metro Lipa Medical Center is an undertaking of BONLOU INC., a firm formally organized
and duly incorporated under the Philippine laws on July 14, 2004 in Lipa City, Batangas
with the primary purpose of building a Medical Center which will cater the following
specialty services such as Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Surgery,
Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Dermatology, Pathology, Radiology, Rehabilitation
Medicine and others. The President and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Edmundo
Cacho, a registered Pharmacist and a respected businessman and civic – minded person is
spearheading the operations of BONLOU INC. other elected Board members include Dr.
Erlando Nepomuceno, Vice – Chairman, Dra. Amor Lobrin, Treasurer, while
Dr. Percival Lojo was appointed Secretary. The Board of Directors is ably supported by Dr. Benito Atienza, Dra. Lovely Cacho,
Dra. Alice Lojo, Dra. Lourie Nepomuceno, Dra. Zenaida Pantas, Dra. Imelda Siasoco,
Dr. John Rodolfo Suan Jr., and Mrs. Mylene Teczon. Since human resource is the most
important factor of production, health must be given primary importance. Thus, the men
and women behind BONLOU INC. believes in developing an alternative, accessible, and
affordable hospital which will cater to the growing health care needs and sustain healthy Lipeños. Metro Lipa Medical Center was conceived primarily to address the projected needs and
the demands of the target market as well as to take advantage of the perceived
opportunities. With this hospital project, the populace of Lipa City particularly the
northern barangay district of the city, the economic zones of PKI and LIMA Technologies,
the nearby towns of Balete and the Southern barangays of Malvar will be provided with
the state of the art hospital equipped with the latest technology in the field of health services. Aside from satisfying the needs and demands of the market, “Metro Lipa Medical
Center”will also provide employment to a relatively large number of individuals, thus,
alleviating the unemployment problem of the city, specifically employing the skilled and
the unskilled labor force of Barangay Marauoy. OUR MISSION
