So my boot camp did a little January weight loss challenge…. I should rephrase that to BIG weight loss challenge

Combined they lost a total of 15% body fat in the entire month. The attendance of this months class was record-breaking.

Karis Russell the winner of this challenge came in everyday and busted her ass and not only that she stuck to her meal plan and didn’t make any excuses. I’m so proud of you ❤️💪

I need to give an honorable mention to Kara R Babb , who was literally one point behind Karris. These two young ladies showed up for themselves the entire month.

Also Danielle Whitman had perfect attendance …whooohoo 

This was only January … I can’t wait to see what the next 11 months bring.

I check in with everybody for Boot Camp classes the night before, for some reason today my phone decided to describe Boot Camp as Ni****ne camp 🤣🤣🤣 if anyone else but laura LauraLee Mele got this the response would not have been this epic. Sorry Danielle Grannan for involing you 🤣🤣

I think I have officially renamed Boot camp to Ni****ne camp … how can I not 🤣

Balance people .. just balance.

And yes it’s hard for some to get that balance .. I know I’m in it everyday with clients.

There’s no miracle hack , drink , pill , cream what ever .. it’s balance, commitment to yourself and trusting that the process will work in time.. it didn’t come on over night it sure as s**t isn’t going away In one night.. no matter what these schemes promise you 😉
