🎙️ New Sacred Souls Podcast Episode is Live!

In this powerful conversation, Nyisha Rylander sits down with Melanie Belling to explore the deeper layers of spiritual communication — and what might really be driving your reactions, your thoughts, and your relationships.

Melanie shares her groundbreaking point-to-mind method, a unique approach to slowing reactive thought patterns and restoring inner peace. Together, they dive into the unseen forces that influence how we perceive others — from heavy metals to spiritual derms (as revealed by Anthony William).

You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of:
✨ The space between perception and judgment
✨ How to recognize what’s truly influencing your thoughts
✨ Why spiritual discernment is more important than ever

If you’ve ever felt misunderstood or misjudged — or wondered why certain dynamics keep repeating — this episode offers clarity, compassion, and practical wisdom for the soul.

What if the reason you can’t move forward in your healing has nothing to do with you—and everything to do with what’s trying to hold you back?”

So many people are doing everything right—they’re showing up, trying to eat well, rest, move, be intentional—and still, something feels stuck.

In this episode of Sacred Souls Podcast, I talk with Zarnaz Foluldi about what it’s like to walk through healing while feeling held back by something deeper and unseen. She shares her story of facing spiritual resistance and finding her way through it—and how that journey eventually led her to teach others how to do their own shadow work.

If you’re in a place where the healing just isn’t flowing the way you hoped, this might speak directly to your soul.

Watch the clip below, and listen to the full episode on your favorite podcast app. Link’s in the comments.

This conversation speaks to one of the core reasons I’m creating my membership space—to support people who are doing the deep healing work but still feel like something unseen is holding them back. You’re not alone in this, and there is a way through.

If you ever feel lost on your Healing Path- remember the basics- remember to have compassion for yourself.

This is from Anthony’s free course The Healing Path. - (link in comments)

I love how simple… and yet complete it is.

Sometimes healing can feel overwhelming — like there’s so much to learn, so much to do, so many layers to unravel. But this reminds me: healing is also about coming back to the basics.

Back to fruits.
Back to greens.
Back to hydration.
Back to sunlight, sleep, and movement.
Back to faith, purpose, and love.

We don’t have to master everything overnight.

We just keep tending to our roots… and trusting that little by little, the tree of our life will grow stronger, steadier, and more radiant.

This is the path Anthony lays out for us here — physical steps like fruits, greens, water, and rest… paired with soul steps like faith, purpose, prayer, creativity, compassion, and love.

Simple steps. Daily steps. Life-giving steps.

This is The Healing Path.

This nourishing soup is the perfect way to bring some cabbage into your protocol. Plus it is a great batch cooking idea to have on hand for the week.

Sometimes, healing doesn't look like a breakthrough-it's simply a pause.

Today, I took a moment to sit quietly with my thoughts.

No distractions, no expectations-just me, the sound of the breeze, and a heart willing to listen.

It's easy to think that growth requires constant action, but often it's in the stillness that we hear the whispers of what we truly need.

For me, it's been about letting go of perfection and embracing small steps-like drinking more living water, moving gently, or choosing foods that nourish rather than deplete.

What's one small way you can show yourself kindness today? A deep breath, a walk outside, or maybe a few moments of stillness?

I’d love to hear - what does a moment of healing look like for you?

Grateful Today, and Always

Life can get busy, but today I want to pause and reflect on the little things that bring joy and meaning to my journey.

I’m grateful for the people who show up with kindness and love, for the small moments that spark joy—a quiet walk along the ocean, laughter that makes your stomach hurt, or the way nature reminds us to slow down and appreciate the present.

I’m even grateful for the tough days because they remind me to keep growing and help me savor the brighter moments.

Gratitude transforms the ordinary into something extraordinary. What’s something you’re feeling grateful for today? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments! 💛✨

“May you never be the reason why someone who loved to sing, doesn't anymore. Or why someone who dressed so uniquely, now wears plain clothing. Or why someone who always spoke so excitedly about their dreams, is now silent about them.”

In a world where you can be anything, be kind.
